Biography
United states
José Martínez was born and grew up in Puerto Rico. Now 17 years of married Nelly Martinez which together have served within the ministry of Teen Challenge for more than 20 years.
Miracle
Unfortunately, a large part of his youth were spent in addictions and gang activities, but due to the grace of God, his history with Teen Challenge was the beginning and not the end. After being charged, in 1999, of mugging of vehicles, and faced 16 years in prison
Called
In the year 2001 while he was still in prison, God touched his life and opened a door that entered Teen Challenge.
Graduation
In 2002 graduated from Teen Challenge in the state of Florida. He then went on and graduated from Teen Challenge International Ministry Institute in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2003.

Oklahoma
In 2016, Joseph and Nelly were transferred to the state of Oklahoma in the city of Sapulpa to be the directors of the centers for men and women.
Today
To this Joseph and Nelly serve as the directors of the Caribbean region to Global Teen Challenge where in Puerto Rico, Joseph is the president/CEO and his wife is the director of the department of women.
Today
Teen Challenge of Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of students distributed in centres around the island.
God has established us with a great team to continue with the vision of God to strengthen the ministry, to expand their borders in scope, and provide help to those who come to our doors without faith and without hope where through the ministry can provide you with the proven solution to life-controlling problems to work together to continue to put hope within reach of all.
